Love One Another

Before the New Year arrived, I spoke to many colleagues, clients, students, family, and friends… Most were looking forward to the New Year and to put 2020 behind them. Unfortunately, I wasn’t as optimistic for the 1st Quarter of 2021 because like after every storm, you have to deal with the aftermath and clean up.

The first week of January carried some of the crazy from 2020, starting with what occurred at our Nation’s capital. No matter what side you are on, it still reflects that we are dealing with ongoing issues in this country.

On a personal note, we just found out that a very close family friend passed away alone, in his the stairs of his apartment building from kidney disease at the young age of 49 years old. It saddens me that this is the way his life ended.

I pray that in spite of what is going on in this country and with what you are dealing with individually, you will continue to keep positive and to Show and Give Love… This is why I posted the scripture on this blog on my social media pages.

I believe this with ALL my heart. Our clients, athletes, patients, colleagues, friends, and family needs this more than ever. Let’s continue to provide the Love, treatments, and care that they are depending on us to give them!
